“My son is in prison”, a few words that systematically bring prejudices, misunderstanding and closed doors. Relatives of people in prison describe how stigma affects every aspect of their lives, from implicit accusations to social exclusion. How do they cope with such a burden?
This six-episode docuseries was produced, in collaboration with Acifad (Argentina), Amparar (Brazil), Relais Famille (Canada), OIP-SF (France), Documenta (Mexico) and POPS (United Kingdom), as part of the Connecting Stories Beyond Bars. project.
