MARCELLO DELL’ANNA has spent most of his life in prison. He was sentenced to the sentence of ergastolo ostativo (life sentence without possibility of adjustment) at the age of 23, when he was one of the leaders of the Sacra Corona Unita (Italian mafia based in the Apulia region).

Marcello Dell’Anna accepted an epistolary exchange with the Swiss journalist Laurence Bolomey and a regular publication on Prison Insider.
