  • The Federal Court of the canton of Zurich stopped a prisoner from sending a love letter to his imprisoned wife. The wife told inspectors that she was planning to leave her husband. The Court and the Zurich Public Prosecutor’s Office consider that he could have been able to influence his wife’s decision. The letter may have persuaded her to testify in favour of her husband.
